Ureña will play on loan at FC Cartagena
The 19-year-old player from Figueres will continue his growth in Segona A
Girona FC and FC Cartagena have reached an agreement for the transfer of Oscar Ureña until the end of the season. The 19 years old winger from Figueres, with contract until 2025, will continue his progression with the Cartagena club, in the Secord Division.
Ureña arrived at the Club as a child after playing four years at La Salle Figueres and two more at UE Figueres. His projection in Girona grassroots football has been spectacular, going directly from Youth C to doing the pre-season with the first team. Last season, he participated in 10 matches with the first Team. He made his debut in the First Division in the match between Girona and Valencia at Mestalla Stadium. He has participated in 3 LaLiga matches and 1 Cup, adding up 172 minutes.
