Official announcement: Dialogue without conditions

Once officially known as the resolution dictated by the Supreme Court in the process against Catalan politicians and social leaders, the Girona FC wants to make the following considerations:

The club, which has always expressed itself as a defender of freedom of expression and in favor of the right to decide, wishes to express its rejection of the ruling. He considers that the judicialization of the conflict will not solve the situation, which requires a political solution.

Girona FC is committed to opening a process of dialogue and negotiation between all parties, without limits or conditions. This process, which should lead the institutions of the country, should also include the release of condemned civic and political leaders, imprisoned unjustly for two years.

The Girona FC wishes to extend its solidarity with the families of the political prisoners -Oriol Junqueras, Raül Romeva, Josep Rull, Jordi Turull, Joaquim Forn, Dolors Bassa, Carme Forcadell, Jordi Cuixart and Jordi Sànchez, who have already suffered his absence for two years.
