Miguel Gutiérrez's left back arrives in Girona
The defender, transferred from Real Madrid, is linked to the Club until the summer of 2027
Girona continues to strengthen the squad for this historic season and does so with the addition of left-back Miguel Gutiérrez. The defender, who arrives at Montivili transferred from Real Madrid, joins the Club until the summer of 2027. Despite his defensive position, the new rojiblanco footballer joins the attack where he generates a lot of danger, raising the ball judiciously and providing solutions when the game is locked.
Gutiérrez, 21, began playing soccer in the lower categories of ADYC Pinto, his hometown. Later he did it at Getafe and in 2011 he became part of Real Madrid's grassroots football. In the 2019 preseason, his great quality made Zinedine Zidane call him up to alternate training with the first team and the reserve team.
