Manu Vallejo will strengthen Girona FC's attack
He arrives from Valencia CF and signs a contract for three seasons
Girona FC and Valencia CF have reached an agreement for the sign of 25-year-old attacker Manu Vallejo. The new white-and-red player, who has signed a contract for three seasons, arrives at Girona to add potential to the offensive plot, being a fast forward, with great mobility and versatility both on the wings and as a point guard.
Born in Cadiz, Manu Vallejo trained as a footballer at Cádiz CF where he grew up to reach the first team. After 37 games in 4 seasons with the Andalusian club in Second Division, on the summer of 2019 he was signed by Valencia CF, where he played 57 games in two and a half seasons, now in the First Division. He has experience in international competitions with two matches in the Champions League. Vallejo played 11 games last season with Deportivo Alavés, where he had been on loan since January. International with the Spanish under-21 team, in 2019 he was proclaimed champion of Europe.
