Bryan Gil has joined Girona FC this season, on loan from Tottenham Hotspur. A skilled and fast player, Gil stands out for his dribbling and ability to face defenders with ease, especially in one-on-one situations.
He began his football career in the youth ranks of Sevilla, debuting in the first team at the age of 18, participating in four Europa League matches. In the winter market of the 2019-2020 season he was loaned to Leganés, chaining a new loan the following season, this time in Eibar. In July 2021 he was transferred to Tottenham Hotspur. After half a season in England, he played on loan in Valencia and Sevilla, returning last season to Tottenham, where he comes from.
Capped from U16 to U23 youth level by Spain, Bryan was part of the team that won the UEFA U19 Championship in 2019, starting in the semi-final and final, and reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup. UEFA U-19. in summer 2021. He debuted with the senior team against Greece in March 2021 and won silver with Spain at the Tokyo Olympics.
