Extension of the agreement with the Provincial Council until 2026
Girona FC and Girona Provincial Council have agreed to extend their collaboration for an additional three seasons, thus consolidating their relationship until June 2026. This extension gives continuity to a solid alliance that not only reinforces the links between the two entities, but also strengthens the Club's sense of affinity with its territory.
A key element of this renewal is the continued presence of the "Costa Brava - Pirineu de Girona" promotional brand on the left leg of the Girona FC men's first team shorts. This agreement not only strengthens the club's commitment to promoting the region, but also acts as an important platform for promoting the Costa Brava and the Pirineu de Girona as internationally renowned tourist destinations.
The link between Girona FC and Girona Provincial Council extends beyond the presence on the equipment, as the "Costa Brava - Pirineu de Girona" brand will also be visible on various advertising media, including press panels and billboards inside the Montilivi Stadium. This ensures a significant media impact through the broadcasts and summaries of the matches played by Girona FC as the home team.
This agreement includes the creation of promotional content with the participation of first team players, aimed at promoting the region as a high quality tourist destination, as has been done successfully in the past with the collaboration of several players.
